Real Estate Sign Posts post rental is for 6 months. This includes installation, removal, and sign storage.  If multiple post are installed, each item installed will be accessed the subsequent fee.

If a post is stolen, missing, or broken beyond repair, Real Estate Sign Post will charge a lost post fee of $45. For an additional fee of $15, we will place a new post on the property. The initial service agreement will remain in effect.

A fee of $15 will be charged in the event that the homeowner/tenant refuses the post, gate code is not provided or is wrong, or address is wrong.
